Florida: WARNING Flood Warning issued by NWS Melbourne. Hazardous marine conditions with high surf and rip currents expected along the Atlantic coast. Winds 20-25 kts, gusts 30 kts, and seas 5-8 ft through the weekend. Increased rain chances and potential flooding along the coast. Monitor updates and exercise caution in affected areas.
North Carolina: WARNING for treacherous marine conditions due to strong NE winds and large swells from Hurricanes Imelda and Humberto. Gale Warnings and Small Craft Advisories are in effect for all coastal waters and sounds. Coastal Flood Warnings and Advisories are issued for soundside areas adjacent to the southern Pamlico Sound, Neuse/Bay/Pamlico Rivers, and oceanside Crystal Coast and NOBX due to potential inundation. High Surf Advisories are in place for rough surf and beach erosion. Strong NE winds will persist, gradually diminishing by the weekend. Inland, no significant weather threats are forecast.

U.S. Virgin Islands: WARNING Extreme Heat Warning in effect for all urban and coastal areas from 10 AM to 5 PM AST today. Stay hydrated and avoid prolonged sun exposure. Expect occasional passing showers today. A large northerly swell will bring hazardous marine and beach conditions starting late Thursday night through the weekend, with life-threatening rip currents expected along northern beaches. Monitor local advisories and heed beach warning flags.
